  4.     x-CAL from Extensions Software is published exclusively by
  5.     Hummingbird Software and distributed as shareware. The x-CAL
  6.     software program must be licensed for use within a business,
  7.     corporation, organization, educational institution, or government
  8.     agency.
  9.  
  10.     You are allowed thirty (30) days to completely evaluate the x-CAL
  11.     software program. At the end of the "try before you buy" period, you
  12.     are required to purchase a license for continued use of the program.
  13.     Licensing is provided by Hummingbird Software on a per file server
  14.     basis.

  16.     If you are a shareware distributor, you may distribute the x-CAL
  17.     software program as long as you contact Hummingbird Software and
  18.     request permission first. You must distribute all the files intact
  19.     and in original form (duplicate files may be removed) and you may
  20.     not charge more than a reasonable disk copying fee. x-CAL software
  21.     program updates may be obtained from Hummingbird Software at the
  22.     address shown below.

  24.     Licensed users receive the latest software version, limited
  25.     technical support for ninety (90) days, notification of software
  26.     upgrades, and laser-printed, desk-top-published operations guide.

  28.     Feel free to contact Hummingbird Software for information and/or
  29.     demo disks on other low-cost, workgroup productivity software
  30.     solutions, including:
